CQC Survey: Tell us about your care

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) welcome feedback from patients/people who have given birth or used our maternity services in 2023. You may have received a letter which invites you to take part in this survey following the delivery of your baby. This is a national survey aimed at improving the experiences of maternity care and looks at the care you received throughout your pregnancy, including antenatal care, labour, and postnatal care.

You can use this link to tell the CQC about our service or any service that you've used. Please note that this survey is confidential, and nobody will be able to identify you in any of the results that are published, the Trust will also not know who has taken part.

Your feedback remains important to us to help improve the experiences of maternity care. The CQC uses stories from both satisfied and dissatisfied people to drive improvement in registered services.
