Virtual Ward Team: Sustainability Award

Congratulations to our fabulous Virtual Ward Team who have won a Team North West Anglia Outstanding Achievement Award for Sustainability!  

There are a number of areas where our Virtual Ward Team provide a fantastic, sustainable service that supports our patients and Trust. The team are utilising digital technology to ensure patients can be supported and monitored in the comfort of their own home. Ensuring patients can recover in comfort and allow the most appropriate patients to receive hospital based care.

Since the introduction of the service, the team have supported over 400 patients and they regularly achieve 100% positive monthly feedback for their service.
