The Trust that runs Peterborough City, Hinchingbrooke and Stamford and Rutland Hospitals has appointed a Deputy Chief Executive to its board of directors.
Charlotte Williams will join North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust in early May 2024. She is currently Chief Strategy and Improvement Officer at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, where she has worked since 2017.
In her new role, she will be the executive lead for Strategy, Transformation, Digital and Organisational Development. She will also be the organisational lead for the North Place Health and Care Partnership, which is hosted by North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.
Chief Executive Hannah Coffey said: “I am delighted to announce Charlotte’s appointed as Deputy Chief Executive and very much look forward to working with her. Since I joined the Trust in September 2023, I have received such a warm welcome from both the board and staff – so I know they will extend the same to Charlotte.
“Her appointment comes at a time that holds challenge and excitement in equal measure as we develop our services to support the growing and changing needs of our local population. Charlotte will play a pivotal role in helping us to meet those challenges through transformation, innovation and staff development opportunities and we are lucky to have her.”
